Did you sand them with the tires on? or have them unmounted and remounted?

all the tires are fine....lots of tread on them...only like 25000kms

sanded, primed, painted, and cleared w/ tires on...just taped off the tires - - it came out really well, honestly better than i expected

the paint is actually a flat black, but it didnt really look too flat before i put on the clear coat

Micro Image forums, online store and shop are now closed. It was a great eight year run, but it was time to focus on other things. I'm still selling parts on eBay under micro*image seller ID and customers can still make requests for anything specific.

Just one man's opinion, but I don't particularly like dark rims. They don't "pop" as well as the old color...

I think your car looks better in your signature photo.

But who cares what I think, as long as your happy, that's all that matters!

i like them, but i also liked them in silver...

i like the black cus i have a lot of black on my car and it fits a certain scheme, but i liked the silver because they were more easily visible and looked super oem...

Nice job with the rear wiper! I want to do that to mine because of all the dust and pollen, it just sits there like a shelf and looks nasty all the time.

How hard was it to adjust the wiper motor and gears to accommodate the move?

super easy to do...took me like a half hour and i had never done it before...

here is the tread depth of the tires...lots of rubber left

wait ..... what did you do with your wiper blade??? is there a DIY?

btw I like your wheels better in black... wasnt sure about them first in silver, but now I like them a lot better.
