01-27-2007 Vancouver, Canada Mini Meet - PICTURES

As promised, here are pictures of Vancouver's first Yaris NCP91 meet!

Yours truly was the photographer for the event Sorry if some pics are not focused or blurry; the fog was giving me a few problems.

Thanks to all that came. Looking forward more events as the weather gets better.

Yeah I was hoping you could make it out to Richmond!

I've no idea when the next meet will be... We'll discuss that in the Canada sub-forum.

sweet pics, the fog lends a real air of mystery... and with the headlights on, cool!

I hope you guys had a fun time, eh?

Thanks man!
Still trying to hone my photography skills but I'm happy with how the pics turned out.

The fog definitely changed the mood of each picture. Especially the later ones, as the lighting was less saturated since I opened up the shutter for a longer period.

Small meet, but it was fun to meet a couple forum members and chat about our cars.

Tip:

Avoid posting repeated shots from the same angle. One will do, not 4 of varying exposures. Avoid posting too many pictures, which leads me to the next point, picture selection. You should be more stringent in your selection of photos for posting.

I saw maybe 4 winners in there.

Duly noted and understood, cleong.

My primary reason for posting all the photos was so that each member who showed up was given the opportunity to download all the pictures that I shot.

Please note that I'm an amateur at photography and it was 2 degrees celsius at the time of these pictures, so I didn't have the flexibility to experiment with more angles and settings...

Here's hoping for better "winners" when the weather gets better.

I like! Especially the front 3/4 headlight shots. But, these pix reaffirm 2 things for me:

1)I need Vitz RS tail lights!
2)I need some rims! Something of the racy rather than the bling-ity variety.

BTW, Vancouver is like the awesomest place in the world to me.

yes, the twin exhaust looks very nice on the sedan. On the LB, though, I personally don't like it so much...
