spring belt tensioner

is it possible to just replace the pulley wheel on the spring belt tensioner and not the whole thing?

i got the sound of a bad bearing until the car warms up and the dealer is being useless

the car only has 8000 miles and is just a year old

cheers

If you think its bad take it to another dealer to inspect and they should replace underwarranty.
