I ran out of fueling @ 230whp on our dyno (dyno dynamics) . Maxed out 625cc injectors with stock fuel system. Next step there is a return set-up. Our dyno is not good for bragging rights, as it reads 8-12% lower than dyno jets and 15-18% lower than dyno packs. Just for comparison, a stock Evo 8-10 puts down 225whp on our dyno, and my car stock on our dyno is 86whp. But what I can say is that Im confident it is a 12 second car and will be going to the dragstrip in the next couple of weeks to post up results.

What dyno reads 18% lower than a DynoPack?

Nice setup you got there Blown xa although I can imagine what a pain in the ass to service the engine plugs etc with that turbo on there.
Please share some details on your engine mods . . . |

Spark plugs are not bad because I just have to undo 2 v-band clamps.
Yes the motor is built, has been for about 8000 miles now. I was never able to keep a motor together at anything above 150whp. As far as dynos, Im not making claims it is just general knowledge that Dyno-packs read higher. Most popular dynos are dyno jets, ours is a dyno-dynamics.

If you are referring to a dynapack ( not dynopack ), those usually read LOWER than most dynos. The dynojet reads higher than most. However, obviously, weather and how it is calibrated makes a difference too.

Thank you for the spelling correction, as far as what you posted it is incorrect. I will go ahead and hop on a dynapack when I get a chance, and post sheets from Dynodynamics also. My boss once took his WRX he had (217 on our dyno) to a local dynapack and it put down 240whp. When I had my Blitz supercharger back in the day, I only put down 116whp on our dyno... it put down 138whp on a dynapack at a car show.
Dyno numbers are not a good way to compare set-ups unless everyone is at the same dyno. Even the same type of dynos, some shops use a correction factor. The best test is mph trap in the 1/4. That does not lie.

Well i did a dyno on a dynapack and a dynojet also, and the numbers on the dynapack were much less. Maybe your experiences were different, but if you look online and other people's experiences, the majority is that the dynapack reads much lower than most dynos. Just do a little search... I know i'm not crazy! ;)
