195/45 r16 on mk2 /mk3 Yaris

Anyone using this tire size on the Yaris? Are they too small compared to the oem size (195/50 r16)? Pros and Cons?

Yes, 195/45/16's will fit, but are very short and look rather tiny... especially on stock suspension.

the 45 and 50 are usually completely different tires in my experience. usually the 45 is considered a "low profile" and the sidewalls are constructed completely different than a 50 that is a "touring profile." (the low being stiff and strait, touring having the bubble look)

That's the main reason why I'd want to put this kind of tire on my car. My only concern it's that they will look tiny as Kimona was saying in the previous post (btw I'm lowered on Teins so they shouldn't be so bad). Someone has pictures of a Yaris with this tire size?

I run that size on my car and I don't think it looks wrong at all

as a matter of fact, I think it works quite well
