Ano nga ba ang una nating action sakaling may mangyaring di kaaya-aya sa sasakyan natin, habang nag-ddrive o kahit naka-park lang. Sino ba ang una nating pwedeng tawagan? O ano ba ang dapat nating mas mabuting gawin?

Few tips:

ALWAYS keep a copy of your iqama+driving license+estemara(registration) in one sheet and always keep your insurance copy updated especially to those who have lease car.

In such event of accident, always contact your company liarson :) or call a friend who is fluent to understand/speak arabic to accompany you to the traffic police. Always demand for the permit to repair from traffic police and avoid negotiation from the other party(assuming that your insurance covers all the cost regradless of who's fault).

Keep a copy of all invoices with you(towing + repair qoute).

To report a traffic accident, call the hotline 993.. The traffic police hotline will manage to send najeem inspector at your place.

1. always have a copy of your iqama+istemara+driving license ( photocopied to a single paper)

2. always have the number of the company liarson? hehehehe

3. Always demand the permit to repair from the traffic police

Huwag aalis ang sasakyan hanggat wala pa ang traffic police, picture then bibigyan ka ng traffic report

pupunta sa murror, dala ang tatlong estimate from different shop.

punta sa toyota para s isang estimate nanaman ulit then moror uli. then toyota ulit for estimate and schedule ng repair at kung saan dadalin para i-repair.

I just want to add on this part. The traffic police will provide you a permit to request qoute. Ensure that you understand clearly the writing in arabic as there are two check box for REPAIR qoute:

* Qoute from Workshop or repair center
* Qoute from Showroom - Most likely authorized used car show room.

For the PARTS, get from the car agent (ALJ Toyota) and indicate all parts affected. Pag ang bangga mo is front damage at ung headlight mo is may crack/scratch, include mo na sa parts qoute.

If you go back to muror(traffic police), you have 3 REPAIR( form showroom or workshop, depends) plus the PARTS qoute.

The police will choose the middle or 2nd to the highest REPAIR qoute and they will less 15% on the PARTS quote..- Disclaimer : as per my experience with muror Khobar.

If the others parties fault is 100%, you will not pay anything to Toyota or no participation fee..Also they will re-inburse you the payment of the 3 repair qoute and the towing fee(ensure you have photocopies of the invoices/fatura).

Binanga ako last Saturday...

Eto mga dapat gawin pag AL Yusur kinuhanan ng yaris:

1. Pag may insurance call NAJM 920 000 560 (Bibigyan ka ng report)
2. Muror (Police Station @ Nasriyah) bigay ang report from Najm
3. Al Yusur (May in-house workshop sila) Wala sila kwenta hinihingan ako ng 1K kasi daw nag-exceed sa limit tapos within 2 weeks MAYBE pa makukuha car. Ayon sa Umal Hamam nalang ko pinagawa sa mga KABAYAN mas mura at mabilis

in my experience, you need first to call a friend who can understand and speak Arabic. kunin agad ang plate number nung nakabangga at baka tumakbo. tumawag sa Najeem at hintayin, picture din sa auto on the time na magkabanggaan. kapag naibigay na ang accident report, magpunta sa Traffic police station for stamping. up to doon palang ang aking nagawa since d ko pa pinaquote at pinapaayos, mafi fulos pa eh...hehehe.nung try ko ipasok sa insurance, hinihingian pa ako ng 1k riyal kaya sabi ko sa sunod nalang.

If I were you, I should go with your car agent..Malamang palit pinto + mechanism yan at aabot SR1000+ kasma labor...

I think xtremist is talking about the participation fee or first SR1000 of the damage is yours

Sa ALJ, pag ang third party is 100% fault, wala kang babayaran na participation fee. Kung may participation ka or the other party is say 75%(25% ang sau), then you have to pay the first SR500 of the repair bill

siguro nga participation fee ung hinihingi sa akin. mukhang ang nilagay sa report e ako daw ang may kasalanan, so instead to pay for 1k, sa labas ko nlng ipapagawa. ung kay que qatso libre lahat nung na bangga sya pero perwisyo dahil ikaw lahat maglalakad ng proceso.

magkano pre nadamage syo? 2 doors b yan?
