Issue with interior lights/car audio
Hello all,
First time posting here. I have been struggling to figure out an issue with the interior lights and car audio system on my 07 Yaris. Basically, they don't work. I figured it would be an easy solution as they are connected to the same fuse, right? Wrong. Checked the fuse box under the hood and turns out there was no fuse(?) in the fourth slot where the diagram says the fuse should be. Tried putting in new 15w fuses, and they immediately burned up. I'm a little confused as the lights and cd player all used to work before I took the car off the road for 6 months. Maybe mice chewed the wires? Still not sure why there is no fuse in the marked location though... Would appreciate any thoughts from folks out there! Thanks in advance! |

Engine bay fuse slot 12 is for interior lights and audio system. I think you are counting the fuse slots wrong.
Under dash fuse slots 22 and 28 are also involved in lights and audio. Sent from my EML-L09 using Tapatalk
