I believe I found my problem. The 120 Alt. fuse within the fuselink on the positive battery terminal was fried...we'll find out on Tuesday when the replacement arrives. Thanks again for all the replies!

lol nah...I should've written the entire thing out...the alt fuse because its so big will sometimes melt itself to a point where it will still arc power.... but the pcm senses a drop and cuts all outlying power accessories....

Hehe, I guess "big glob of crap" doesn't mean much to me! Not quite the type of fuse I was expecting to see... I believe its some sort of fuselink.

be careful not to short out battery.

It's a fuseable link...have a look sometime. Take off the red plastic cover on the positive battery terminal.

Same problem here...

Its 2019, is anyone still on this forum? Anyone following this thread?
If I understand correctly, I am looking for something under the big plastic protector on the positive wire that runs to the battery? This seems to be the same problems I have been having...

The glass rectangle you see here is the fusible link.
