Engine vibrates unevenly and the exhaust pulsates.

The car sounds sick like it is misfiring and the exhaust is pulsing. Engine vibrates! engine has 180 000 + k's. Any idea what it could be?

Might be an intake leak. Are you getting any trouble codes?

I sold my Yaris to my bro he came home and told me there's something wrong with the YARI.

We changed the spark plug and cleaned the MAF. When he gets home today we will clean the TB and tighten the intake.Maybe there's an air leak somewhere.

I don't have a code reader but check engine light did come on.
