Oh to be in America. what part of U.S. are you in.
$2.87/gallon = approx .71$US/Litre. In Victoria BC I just paid $119.9$CDN a Litre which = approx $4.79CDN per U.S size gallon, or $5.36$US per US gallon, but the sad thing is, since our gallons are bigger, and our dollar worth less than yours I actualy paid $5.39 Canadian per gallon

Its really interesting driving into gas stations now a days. I like to check how much the person before me paid. I've seen 50.00+ dollars regularly. One attendant said a couple of customers have actually hit the glass window the attendant was in they were so pizzed at the cost of gas.

Just wait. It could get alot worse soon. One hiccup of any problems and we could be seeing 4 and 5 dollars for a gallon of gas. The 2.90 a gallon were paying now will seem like the good old days.

Believe I payed $2.99 for my last fillup, and that was one of the cheaper gas stations in the area. Can't wait to get the yaris hehe.

A good price right now here in USA's Vancouver is $2.99/Gal.

However, sure don't spend much time at the gas station with 'Yari'.

Going to take M-I-L out tomorrow (for mother's day). We will actually drive our 2006 4Runner for the first time in a week!!! (It gets 1/2 the mileage our Yaris does.)

Thanks for all the replys....

Those that live in Canada right near the US border do you cross over and get gas in the US? I know I was up in Grand Forkes North Dakota and I saw a lot of Canadian plates around.

You want to talk about $$, my old Aurora, 4.0 Liter DOHC v-8, 16 mpg, 20 gallon tank. 50$+ for a fill up. Its kinda funny tho, i drive like 500 miles a week or so, and save 60-70$ a week on gas alone vs the aurora. I save almost as much as my payments, i love it =D
