Whiteline Bushing Install Questions

Good day/evening/night everyone,
I just purchased the Whiteline W53303 and I notice the hole for the bolt is off center which I assume allows for the caster correction.
Questions:
1) Does the off center hole face the front or rear of the car?
2) Are the washer/spacer installed as in the pic or inversed?
I have attached a photo of the bushings
Thanking everyone in advance

I think I just figured it out
If the offset hole is to the rear of the car it pushes the bottom of the cradle forward resulting in positive caster and if the offset hole is to the front of the car it pulls the cradle back and results in negative caster.
When installed and being professionally aligned the technician will adjust the caster accordingly.
Although the work will be done by professionals I always like to know what they are doing or have to do so I can have peace of mind.
Do correct me where necessary.

The installation guide that I ran into for the kit is pretty worthless. You will have to post some pics once they are installed.

Actually, if you draw a triangle as in the shape of the control arm, the bushings need to either face the inside of the car or outside of the car to adjust for caster. Because what you're actually doing is pulling the rear of the controller in towards the center of the car or pushing it out.

The idea is to push the back end of the lower control arm towards the outside of the car, this rotates the entire arm forward, giving you additional caster.

Looking from above: depending on if the hole is towards the center of the car, or the outside, determines the location of the ball joint because it twists the entire arm. Push the ball joint forward gains caster, pull it back and you lose caster.

That makes a lot of sense. The cradle pivots at the front bushing and rotates accordingly. Well at lest I was on the right track
Thanks everyone for assisting.
Ill do my best to provide some pics.

Is this suppose to fit a vitz RS. Doesn't seems so to me. There is a ridge under the bushing that doesn't allow the washer to move toward the centre of the car. This prevents the top n bottom washer from lining up with the bushing centre. Any help will be appreciated.

Ncp91 as far as I know. Also when the top washer fits into the groove of the chassis it is off center so the bolt cannot go thru it.

Vehicle 2007 Vitz RS NCP91
Pic 1 shows W53301 fits good and correct no problem
Pic 2 shows W53303 this is the bushing I am having difficulty fitting
Pic 3 and 4 shows where the washer provided need to fit however when the washers are fitted they didn't line up thus the bolt doesn't go thru them.
If I need this to work I need to Make the washer holes larger/oval and cut off the tabs that hold the washers.
Is this advisable?
