*CORRECTION* IT'S NETZ ... Not SCION !!!

Hey !

I'm thinking of changing my Yaris's tags from Toyota to Netz ...

But then there's a lot of thing involved like taking off the tags , scratch off the tapes ( rear ) or pull the screws out ( front ) for the scion badge ...

So I'm just wondering can a Vitz tag work with Toyota logos ?

What do you think ?

Debadging, swapping out a Toyota badge for a Netz is too easy. I did it and was pleased with the results.

How does the rear toyota logo emblem come off? Isn't it screwed into the back?

do it ......it is fun to have people ask you what kind of car that you are driving......at least once a week somebody is standing in a parking lot trying to figure out what my car is....

Yes, if you want your car to look JDM authentic, then install the front Netz emblem, keep the Toyota emblem on the hatch, and pull the Yaris namplate and install VITZ on the left side.

Contact MicroImage for the Netz emblem. Garm's price (US$25) is actually very good, but you'll have to get a quote on shipping.

The Vitz nameplate, if you plan to get one of those, is probably about US$10, plus shipping from Thailand.

For my sedan, it is only attach with a special double adhesive tape.

I have got the Vitz tag ...

Right after taking off my YR tag , I actually think that it looks good even with Toyota Yaris at the back . Might reconsider !

The rear emblem is just adhesive'd on. It has two little "guide" pins but they aren't attached to the car at all. Just heat & pull.

i just used my fingers to pry the rear emblem off..its on a hot sunny day which probably made it easier..

If you've de-badged or changed your front badge would anyone be interested in doing a swap?

I'd like to change to a standard Toyota badge if you've got one spare or wanna do a swap.
