This vibration issue still persists. It's very annoying, it goes away when you clean the spark plugs but after 500-600 kms the vibration comes back again.

Any solid solution to this, anyone?

Then replace the spark plugs?

Replace starter and check battery and alternator.

When was last tune up?

Just replaced them 1,000 kilometers back.

It's the vibration that is annoying. This thread is old, the rough start was due to an old battery, had replaced it and that issue was resolved.

For the hard starting you might want to replace the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. They can be defective even with no check engine light. What's probably happening is that the ECT is giving an incorrect reading and the car is getting too much fuel at start up and may be causing fouling of the Spark plugs and hard starting symptoms.
