yes, buy Garm's Car, that is boosted to the max and usable on the street(depending on emissions regulation of your state), plus all the handling and performance mods beyond just making great power. for the price there is not beating it.

you could go with a supercharger kit instead. it is less boost but it is a complete bolt on and I don't think you have to monitor that much stuff. you may be able to get away with just a few gauges and you could mount them distretely. No tuning though less power. several guys have went that route and are pleased with it even with the lower power.

Generally, if you are going to go all out on something, you are going to look like you went all out.

if you had garm's power at the wheels on stock tires.... some things you just gotta upgrade.

Send your car to these folks, they build lots of custom sleepers and are really great folks to boot.

Define max? Its gonna get really costly. About half the cost of what you paid for you car if not more....

Send a message via AIM to cali yaris
If you're the guy IM-ing me, I pretty much answered all your questions.

Zage kit with minimal add-ons: 150 whp (conservative)
Zage kit with some mods + rods/pistons: 200 whp
Change out turbo, other peripherals, more add-ons (better management, for example): 250whp
Custom build with head work etc: 300+ whp

Pick one. And pick a shop to tune it on the dyno, you'll need that.
