strange noise before the car stops

hello,
I hear strange noise that came from the front right wheel, the noise appear when I reduce the speed to under 20 KPH and until the car stops (i not touch brakes) only after i drive around 100km.
The noise is very similar to the noise of worn out brakes (but i not touch them).

what it could be?

Worn out disk brake pads are supposed to make a squeaking or scraping noise when you're not using them. The noise goes away when you step on the brakes. When you get a scraping noise when you use the brakes, they're past worn out. The disks are ruined by metal scraping on metal.

Why worn out disks supposed to make a squeaking or scraping noise when I not using them, and only in a low speed after I drive around 100km?
(I change them before 21000km)

A rock behind your brake caliper.

Look at the condition of your rotors & look for evidence of metal dusting your wheels.

Disk brake pads have little metal things molded into them that rub the disk when the pads wear down to them. That's what makes the noise that tells you your brakes are worn out. The noise is only heard at low speeds when your foot is off the brake and goes away when you step on the brakes. That's the way disk brake pads have been made since the early 1970s or so. Like I said, if you get a grating noise when you step on the brakes, they're PAST worn out! If you are prone to zipping up to stops and standing on the brakes, you can wear them out surprisingly quickly. (Plus you waste lots of gas that way.)

Maybe. I'd first inspect them. Sounds like worn pads from here, though.

Yep, could be something like that. Need to take a look at the brakes, or have someone who knows what they're doing do so.
