Not very impressed!
I took my 09 Yaris 5 dr LB in for its 40000 km physical with a few squawks..
rattle in left front of engine bay when started and backing after cold soaked and bearing noise for a few minutes after starting cold. ended up getting a new engine mount! and a new water pump! I thought I bought a Toyota not a __________ (fill in the blank with eastern European crap can name plate rhymes with soda). I have heard of a few water pump failures but an engine mount! Is that a common problem? |

We know how you feel . 2 YARIS bought new that have ( 2010 3 door ) / had ('08 sedan ) an oil leak from the #1 cylinder of the head cylinder gasket . A friend has 2010 3 door that was bought new with the same oil leak . Not all that impressed with TOYOTA quality these days . Otherwise we like the cars for the gas mileage , ride , roominess , etc.. A shame .
