Angry Help with electrical -

Unfortunately I was changing the plastic isolated on my alternator and touched the body causing a spark.

No I didn’t disconnect the battery because I’m a dumbass.

Any help where to start to see if I didn’t fry the ecu or something? It starts up and I can’t get a connection to my reader through my obdii port.

These dash lights are on.

No power door locks, no radio, no blower fan, ac, obdii port for starters. Engine starts but has a miss when hitting accelerator.

My money is on you've damaged the fusible link. It will blow whenever an alternator short has occurred.
