yeah, their "flavors" are actually their colors. you know, strawberry is pink, chocolate is beige, and vanilla is off-white. but they're really all one flavor: ASS. actually, saying that would be disrespectful to ASS, so its actually worse than ass. i'd say it tastes like shit, but i actually havent tasted shit yet... theres a first for everything...

Add ice cream & blend, with milk to thin it? Might work.

i'm using soy milk right now, still pretty thick. i think i might invest in a blender because this Mass-Tech doesn't really dissolve in a shaker cup.

The main question would be: Why are you trying to gain weight?

I would suggest you switch to something like Optimum Nutrion Whey Protein. The flavor is fine to me. I have been on the vanilla for years. If you want to gain weight throw in some peanut butter (natural kind) maybe a bananna, some honey, milk, eat your eggs, take in a little extra throughout the day, eat healthy snacks, don't get carried away but keep your calories up. eat at least 5-6 times a day. Minimize the cardio and maximize the lifting for your muscle mass. You don't want to gain fat. You should be getting your body weight in grams of protein if you are really wanting progress. So add up the protein in your meats, eggs, etc and your powder and it should total your body weight in grams. You may want to look into some supplements like creatine and glutimine. These are the basics and I am very please with the results of both. Take your multi vitamins and pick up an issue of Muscle Fitness.

By the way I mix my protein with water, I was going through 4 cartons of Soy Milk a week. You get used to the water.

yea it can have the same amount of calories if they are the same brand....different brands have different calorie intake per serve........get something thats like 600cal per serving and drink that 3 times a day....

I have a weight loss machine in the garage - it's called a mountain bike. Great fun, and very effective if used regularly - which i don't.

I have one too, but I hate riding it, hurts my ass too much. And yes, before anyone makes a smart comment, there is a saddle attached

Trying to watch my diet and go to the gym regularly, it's working little by little
