I don't think WeaponR akes a Dragon filter setup for the Yaris just yet. Might check the Weapon Website to be sure. Otherwise, I have a Weapon shorty intake and it works great. Nothing against chino.

Not too bad a price, as time goes on you'll see intake prices drop. A friend of mine got a new v6 tiburon in 03 and paid top $ for an AEM cold air intake the first week he had it. Now you can hop online and grab one for way less than what he paid - same thing with his exhaust. Yaris intake prices will be dropping as more companies start producing them.

That is a generic picture; no official picture is out yet. As far as shipping to Mexico City, I already PM'ed you rates from Weapon-R.

I will work on getting a picture and also adding the item to our site so you can support your vendors :)

Thank you.

Dan

OK, I placed an order for the dragon intake, silver piping with blue filter! I was slightly hesitant because there is no actual picture, just semi generic ones, but Dan seems nice enough. well will see... I will be posting pics once it comes in!

Dude, you do realize that is not the secret weapon intake with the dual tubes, that is just a regular short ram,(i tihnk it has a velocity stack though) just wanted to point that out

I know. I want a short ram, this is the only reasonably priced one I have seen yet for the Yari.

I have the WEAPON R. I have TRACK TESTED The WEAPON R. I installed the RAM AIR system through my left "fog light" hole. It is awesome, and pulls in a LOT of air. It sounds AWESOME, fits nice, and has a good fit and finish. I went to WEAPON R and bought it. It did not use the Dragon Filter, but that's fine because the Ram Air does not connect to it

I HIGHLY recommend Weapon R, they back up their products with dyno charts... and after buying and installing and using one, I can tell you they are awesome and got great props at the track for their sound.

Probably fits nice *NOW* that everyone else has had issues.

I know they did not have the right size couplings, and because the throttle body is so small, you have to use secondary silicon shims. I did not use the support bar that came with it and have had no problems. I have coil-overs and drive on rough roads. Car has approx 1200 miles with intake and no loosening or leaking problems.

I can see, though, how the assembly could end up being wrong, esp. if they pack the wrong stuff.

Also, FWIW, I am not saying the Ram Air kit makes a performance gain other than bringing in cooler air to the intake. It did seem like it leaned out the top of the RPM range a little bit, but I have no way of knowing for sure. Sounds mean!
