It's not just Toyota. I see very few cars I would call attractive. Most are rather bland, with a few that leave me scratching my head.

Personally I like the Supra (could go without the fake vents tho). It's one of the cars that went from the concept to production retaining most of the concept's design. The FT-1 only looks better because of its proportions. Since the Supra is much smaller, it looks a little off since the not everything shrunk in the same ratio.

People constantly bash Toyota for making bland looking cars and that they should change up their style, so they did. Kinda hard to blame someone for doing something that they were told to.

The Camry and Avalon look much better than the generation they replaced. The Prius now looks a little more normal with the refresh. The Rav4 looks much better in person than in pictures, and Toyota wanted to make it look more like the 4Runner.

I think the Rav4 looks alright. I hate the look of the new Prius, though, with its "squinty eyed" headlights.

Who's concept? It's a re-badged BMW Z4.

Honestly I'm really surprised they would do that. People buy Toyotas for reliability, even the performance models, and because of their reliability problems I don't know anybody that would own a modern BMW out of warranty.

The thing is the SUPRA took so long to be revealed to the public that many were eager to see it in sheet metal. Only to be disappointed with abysmal contours this thing doesn't deserve to called the legendary Supra.

That's the other thing Supra name is a legend in the industry. It disappeared for years it's back alright. Only problem is it shouldn't be called a SUPRA. That looks like an 86 had mated with a z4.Why not just call it Toybeamer GTZ 84?

THE NISMO GTR BOYS ARE LAUGHING AT THIS LOL.

The FT1 concept...

Also, I wouldn't exactly call it a rebadged Z4 as one is a coupe with 335 hp and one is a convertible with 382 hp. And yes, I do realize they share parts. A better example of rebadging would be the 86 and BRZ or the Yaris sedan and Mazda2.
