Looks like YES. Connector D12 (that plugs into the back of the mirror switch) is just taped up and sitting above the fuse panel. Connectors F2 and G2 (that plug into the mirror assemblies) are present inside of the door panels. They are powered off the ACC fuse, so the fuse is already there.
So, looks like you just need the mirrors and switch assembly. |

Hmm, now that I know it's plug and play, I may scour EBay for the mirrors/switch :)
