Removing bolt off AC compressor clutch

Hello,

I have a 2008 1.5L automatic yaris sedan. There are bearings in the compressor pulley that have gone bad and the car makes a grinding noise. I bought a compressor clutch kit to replace the whole system. The problem is I can't remove the bolt that holds the clutch and pulley on. If I try to remove with a ratchet it just rotates the pulley with the belt. How do I get this damn thing off?

Below is a picture of the original compressor clutch and pulley.

Thanks for your help.

The 7mm bolt is left hand threaded so you need to turn it clockwise or to the right to loosen it. I've taken it off using a cordless 18V 1/4" impact, not really sure how you can stop it from spinning if you're using a ratchet.
