Finally got a Yaris...

Hey everybody. I almost bought a Yaris a few years ago, but it didn't work out. I've wanted one ever since, and I picked up a brand new '09 on Monday. Now three days later, she's dropped on Cusco coilovers and has new Enkei RPF1 wheels. I'm looking forward to modding it further and learning more from all you experienced Yaris owners. I hope y'all like it.

Big thanks to Garm at Micro Image for the coilovers!!!

FYI the wheels are 17x7 -45 and the tires are 205-40-17's. The coilovers are set as low as they'll get. I really like how you can adjust the strut insert inside the strut housing. I'm not even close to riding in the lower range of the strut even all the way down.

That is a fantastic looking Yaris. So clean, so simple! Nice choice on coilovers from a great vendor, too!

Thanks guys! I plan on adding an intake, exhaust, and rear sway bar soon. I'd like to rebadge it as a Vitz and give the headlights the black painted treatment as well. I think I'd like to go with a turbo eventually, but not right now. If they ever make a burnout style body kit for an '09 I'd be all over that as well.

The pics were taken at HT Motorsports where I work... www.htmotorsports.com

Saggio...you'd probably recognize these coilovers. I think they may have been on your car at some point or another. I hope your bags work out for you man.

Thanks for all the kind words. I'm loving my Yaris thus far!!!

Hey Mattattack. I'm in the Mooresville area myself. Haven't seen you around on the street yet. Just got some wheels and tires today on my 07 Blazin Blue. haven't done anything else to it. Maybe you can inspire me some...lol Hope to see you cruzin 150 sometime. Where is the HT Motorsports shop? Both my neighbors work for Roush.
