That sounds like a recipe for detonation.

A car like that is not going to "detonate". Its compression has been lowered, its long block reinforced with forged components & its tuned on race gas (110+ leaded gas). Trust me, the last thing you're worried about in that car is detonation in the traditional sense (like a DIY street tune). At those power levels, you're more worried about breaking things like the tranny's, axles & diffs. Obviously, Mr. "detonation" a few posts above hasn't been involved with FI for too long to understand that a car like that isn't worried about if it will break, just when. But detonation? Last thing on the list to be worried about with tuners of that caliber. (You think a tuner that takes a 4cyl to 1000hp can't tune out detonation lol?) Any more questions just ask. You're welcome. - The Spectacle

See? Is it really so difficult to actually post something almost intelligent? Granted, it takes a little while longer to type out than just posting a witty picture that some clever uncredited person conveniently placed on the internet for you, but it actually helps - and as an added bonus, almost gives the illusion that you can think.
On any car producing that much power, a built motor is a given (not to mention stated in the video). Since it didn't break in the video, it's inferred that the axles, transmission, differentials, etc. have been replaced with tougher components. In fact, a special thanks for the "Solid dog box" (that's the tranny) was given. Its not the fact that the car is producing an absurd amount of power that will cause it to break - although that certainly doesn't help. It's the fact that the car is constantly being pushed to it's limits that will make something break. What will break depends on what components have been used where. Every system has a 'weakest link,' which often makes itself known only when it breaks. However, "tuners of that caliber" would already know this, and be prepared for it. It's ridiculous to think that you know everything there is to know about cars, and that you are the only person who knows anything about cars, which is what we all insinuate you think from your arrogantly stated posts. Not only do you make yourself look idiotic (not that this matters much on the internet), but you make yourself unwelcome in an otherwise friendly community. Maintaining this attitude, even on the internet, also prevents you from actually learning anything, which is the main benefit of online forums, such as YarisWorld. This begs the question: Why are you here, and why are you such an ass? Quote:

I'm here because I have a Yaris (that I love btw) and when I did google search for Yaris's when I was researching them, Yarisworld came up.
I don't believe I know more any everyone. But after reading through the FI forum, I know more about FI than 98% of the users that post here. Not arrogant, just fact. I'm an ass because its fun. Seeing people put me on ignore, call me names, and jump up and down begging to get me banned is just comical to me. There are websites that I frequent that the average Yarisworld member wouldn't last a day on. When you come from seasoned websites like those (clubrsx, honda-tech, etc), the level of gearhead maturity here is downright comical. There's guys on here that do and say some of the most backwoods retarded shit I've ever seen done to a car. Some of it I just laugh at and keep it clicking, but some of it I just cannot let go. Hence, the facepalm.
