No, the car pictured belongs to a member from the Netherlands. It's got the 1.8 engine too!

Mabye it only comes if you get the bigger engine to protect the hood paint?

In Netherlands all versions have this.

It's to reduce the noise inside the car.

mine didn't come with it but i have it now.... clips 90467-09050 x 5 and insulator 53341-52130....
