Clutch fork movement

Anyone know how much the clutch fork should move normally when the clutch pedal is depressed? I'm trying to know if the fork is moving the pressure plate all the way down because my Yaris wont go into gear if the engine is on. I already bleed the clutch slave. I think that I accidentally bend the clutch disc when trying to remove or install the transmission by leaving it rest on the clutch when I was tired trying to get the trans to align with the engine but I want to be completely sure before removing the trans again. :/
