tire pressure light won't reset

So my tire pressure got down too low on my 2008 yaris, and after filling them back up with air the light is still on. anyone know how to reset it? cant seem to find it in the owners manual.

If it was just the one tire, the light would go out once you corrected it. If the light stays illuminated, check the other tires. If it flashes for one minute, then goes solid when you start the car, then there is a problem with the system.

some times you just need to cycle the key a couple times.... but it usually goes out as soon as all the pressures are correct. Your gauge may be off, so add a couple extra pounds to each tire

Have you checked the pressure on the spare tire????

The Yaris does not have a sensor in the spare.

If all else fails you could have your sensors tested to see if one of them might have failed prematurely, just takes a few seconds.

Mine always flashes for a minute and goes out with my winter rims on. They don't have the sensors on them. One of these days I'll get around to installing CTScotts on off TPMS switch and that will be the end of that.
