Exclamation Side Marker Light Issue. HELP!

So i decided to place in the bulb and socket in the side marker (city lights/park light) but it doesn't light up the entire strip which i know it should. Is it because the bulb may be too short or what?

It should only light the bulb which it shows in the picture.
It doesn't light the entire orange reflector.

Did you replace it with another (regular) filament bulb or did you replace it with an LED replacement?

^+1. LEDs have directional illumination. light is not spread out as compared to filament (normal) bulbs.

The LEDs you installed will not be as bright as your filament bulb.
Reinstall you original bulb to get that brightness you wanted.
