More Wiring Fun!

Trying to install a turbo timer. I got an Apexi turbo timer. Instructions are here: http://www.apexi-usa.com/content/pdf5492.pdf

Now riddle me this. What in the world is meant by "IG1 output" and "IG2 output?" I've sent the seller the same question but maybe someone knows here. Obviously one of them is for the ignition wire (dunno which one even), and the other is for maybe acc?

it's from your ignition... when you turn the key to "ON" both these wires are powered.

refer to www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual/EWD.pdf page 70 (it shows as page 69 on the actual page) and you will see the color of the wires.

More information on the ignition itself can be found in refer to www.etimago.com/yaris/repairmanual/Starting.pdf pages 41 onward :)

Wow really? So they're both connected to the ignition wire? That makes no sense... unless the relay requires it?

And trust me, I know most of those manuals like the back of my hand these days

yeah basically two different circuits that run off the ignition being ON... seems pretty standard practice in japanese cars from what I understand!
