My seatbelt alarm won't shut off.
Last night, my seatbelt alarm kept going off after both belts were fastened. The seatbelt light goes off, but as long as the car is in gear and moving forward, the chime goes off even if all belts are secured. It stops when the car is in park or reverse, and it stops when I stop at a light but starts up as soon as I take off.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd rather not disable the alarm altogether, but I will if that's what it takes. Thanks. |

What does the passenger seat belt/airbag light show with no one in the passenger seat?
