i agree with everything you say above. i actually prefer the se trim due to the 16" wheels(which i think look better of the two designs) and the more subdued rear spoiler, however. the fake dual tailpipes have got to go! i hope somebody will make a snap-in reflector kit for those. definately one of the best looking vehicles i've seen from toyota in many years!

That is no doubt true. Older people, or people with more income are expected by car makers to like/want larger and/or more expensive vehicle models. You are basically left out in the cold in the U.S. market if you happen to like subcompact or compact sized vehicles, and aren't poor or young.

yes, if we're talking about the replacement for the iM. however, all i ever see in modern corollas are baby boomers toyota is trying to make them 'sportier', but i feel the yaris is(was) the model marketed most to the 20-somethings.

actually, i bet they're kinda worried considering the younger customers aren't as into buying a car as previous generations. i know so many people that age group that just use ride-share(and they're parents vehicles).

I read there are plans to produce 25,000 Yaris GR's. Perhaps they will drop in the new 2.0 TNGA engine and manual six speed. ( I hope they remove the rev matching feature ).
