power locks and alarm install

I just ordered up an alarm and aftermarket power locks for my HB.
I got a 2 door universal type specifically for the cable type locks mechanism.
I also ordered another actuator so I can unlock the hatch as well.

Instead of just getting a keyless entry setup I decided to get an alarm.

If anyone has any tips or tricks I am all ears.

I'm assuming that it will be pretty straight forward except for the hatch. I popped off the little inspection cover that is behind the lock and when I turned the key I saw some things moving around so I shouldn't have a problem making something work.

I just need to decide where I want to mount the switch. I don't want it to stand out so I was thinking of putting it on the door where the stocker would be or next to the aux plug in the center console area. Once the junkyards start filling up with crunched Yari I figured I would find a power door panel with the switches for the p/l and p/w (I will put p/w on after winter)

all sounds good to me, and odds are that if you think you even think about doing it yourself, you will be more than capable of handling it ;)
