so much for my idea :p I don't want to go to Toyota for the issue, as I feel it end with me spending large amounts of money, lol. I wish it was storing a code of any sort, that would make my life easier.

Have you tried monitoring the throttle position sensor reading?

I have not, but I will tonight on my way to work. I'm still using my OBDII bluetooth reader and the Toque pro app since it updated and now has a on screen menu button. It's a surprisingly handy little program, I'm impressed with it. Hopefully it can help narrow this issue down.

When I have a chance I will give you some extra PIDs to add to Torque to report the voltage on the two circuits of the accelerator pedal. The TPS PID reports it from the throttle body itself.
