All Time Favorite Classic Car

I would love to hear from classic car fans as to which car would be their all time favorite. Play along with me on this. Humor an old man, OK?

Let's say you were going to be given a show room new classic car. You couldn't sell it, so don't just pick the most expensive one in order to sell it. This car would be absolutely like it just rolled off the assembly line. It would be in perfect, band new condition.

So, under those conditions, which car would you want?

I'll start things off. I guess my choice would be a 1966 GTO, like the one my best friend in high school had. I think mine would have tri-power and a four speed, though, while my friend's car had a four barrel and an auto tranny.

Here is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen, and I might just have to reconsider my choice of a 1966 GTO and go with a black 58 Impala like this one.

The guy who owns it changed the exterior color to black and changed the interior to red when he restored the car in order to make it look just like the first car that he ever owned.

Talk about sorting the men from the boys, SaiDesign, that ol' Bentley would certainly do that alright.

On the same vein, I have a profile on the 1933 Napier Railton; now there's a set of specs that would get one's attention! Try 24hrs at 150.6 mph on the salt...

Ah, the Napier. A great beastie. Some of my favourite cars are from that era.
I almost dropped in a pic of a Figoni and Falaschi-styled Lagonda. I swear those guys (F&F) were taking something - probably acid.

I would go with a 68 Hurst Hemi cuda, only 50 were made. Second would be the 71 Hemi Cuda convertable.
