Wow, I can't believe the hate for that car in this thread. I've seen that car around Middletown (here in CT) before, its a pretty awesome car. As was posted it has 225 HP, tight handling, overall an awesome car for speed, and not bad for autocross. I'm not a huge fan of the bodykit on the car, but for gosh sake, its a Saleen produced car, give it some respect.

I love my Yaris, but seriously,
Saleen Focus > Yaris.

The ORIGINAL Saleen may be a good car, but the one the OP refers to looks cheap in comparison. The panels are not correctly aligned, there are gaps all over the place, and the "breather slots" on the hood are crooked.

I'm sorry, but my Yaris > that Focus.

And don't get me started on that spoiler! It looks like it doubles as an extra seat.

all the pics that ford puts out of their "flagship" Saleen focus (which is like a focus on shrooms in japan) mean nothing when someone posts what the car actually looks like with no fancy photography, retouching, & angles/perspectives.

What I showed is what it is....no more no less

there was a guy in my area, bought one brand spanking new, and before he left the dealer with it, had the nitrous hooked up, then ran it, did not even make it 2 miles before he blew up his motor without the warranty... oops...

outdated suspension? sure...for the focus....but still one of the only cars in the price range w/ a fully independent front and rear suspension = win.

This thread was made to laugh at the cars appearance not it's performance.

hmmm, that's odd. From the dealer, they only come with the bottle, no nitrous, and unhooked. So I have no idea where he got the nitrous from. And he probably didn't know how to use nitrous, and is stupid enough to use it on an unbroken-in engine.

Yeah that ecoboost v6 is supposed to be replacing the higher end v8s. I love how when I talk to other people about the ecoboost the only thing they can say is "well its not a v8" like not having a v8 is some crisis in this country... oh well, the fusion will be a nice car with that engine :)

and heres a focus to make this post mildly relevant:
