I'm a complete car newbie. I dont know what should i buy or how to install it. Could you help me and tell me what i would possibly need to install a aftermarket radio in to my yaris?

Depends on the type of headunit, double din or single din.

Here is a removal video I found on youtube for your car. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPKGdsqJR50

If you order a radio off of Crutchfield, they should come with install kit for free with instructions.
