Issue with 2009'

Does anybody know what could be the problem with it trying to start when I turn it over, but it won't start? Battery and alternator are good, even tried jumping it and won't start. I have almost a full tank of gas and have had no problems with it until now.

So are you (not)saying that all your electrics work fine?

What does happen when you turn the key? Starter turns over but engine will not fire, or starter does not even engage?

Have somebody step on the brakes and see if the brake lights come on.

Also, yes. Does it not do anything at all, or does the starter make noise, does the engine seem like it wants to catch but doesn't?

When you insert the key in the ignition, check and see if the red flashing light stops (visible from outside the car). If it continues to flash, then the ECM is not recognizing your transponder key.
