Triple check that your are really on pin 40 on the ECM to start with. post a pic of your ECM connection if you want an extra set of eyes on it.

ECM Pin 40 and clutch switch connections look good. On the clock spring connector, I can't tell what you have connected. In the orientation of that picture the bottom right wire should be the ECM pin 40 one and the one above it should be connected to ground.

ground should be below the horn, ecm to the left of ground? do we know were to get the pins for this conector ? I think the clockspring conector is not making good contact.

Here's picture of the ground wire location (the brown wire).

The part number for the pin with a piece of wire attached is: 82998-12870

I ordered the pins and i will install them, I will also use a clutch wire jumper to make sure the switch is ok. Hope that fixes it.

My only problem with the cruise was the clutch switch, jammin connectors in the terminals on the fusebox connections never worked. Went through every connection in the entire car tracking down a loose crimp or a short didnt find anything. So I used quick splice connectors and actually tied into the wires for the clutch-switch, works great now.
