I like the look of those. Do solid center center wheels or moon hubcaps increase MPG due to less turbulence?

I want a set of these Centerlines for a yaris (in a 16x6). I have a set of 20's on my rat rod truck and love them.

I had a set of Rays Engineering Texan Shotguns that I restored. These were 16x7, +37 wrapped in 205/50/16 Yokohamas. I love the orange wheels I have on my car now, but the only wheels I consider instead are a set of Rays Garcia Tune Speed Choppys with the aero discs ... or perhaps some WORK Leadsleds.

Well, that was an issue. A couple of the centercaps were chrome-plated plastic and were in rough shape. I inquired about having some custom machined to fit, but the price was outrageous. I already had sunk a boatload of cash into them, as they were NOT in good shape when I purchased them.
One of my fav. photos from my xB:

My favorite has been the "finned aero" style wheel like the Ronal Turbo. I wish I could find a new set for mine (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg)...
