oil sweat for '07 YARIS RS check engine on

I recently bought a '07 RS which is supposed to replaced my '09 LE having only 59k vs 171k of the '09

Maybe I shouldn't have bought the '07 : when I got it the oil was like it was coming from a diesel - VERY dark - ... car only had 4,000km from the last oil change but those km were done in ... 4.5 years !!

Anyway, I drained the old oil, let the filter there, then put 3l of fresh oil, let the car run for 6-7 min , drained the fresh oil again, changed the filter and now the dipstick is showing a nice light colour. Hopefully the engine wasn't affected by that 4-5 years old oil.

However I noticed that there was a sweating coming from a sensor - oil sensor maybe ? - down on the filter and oil pan. That sensor sits about 10cm higher than the oil filter.

Also, the check engine is ON. It might have something to do with that sweating , however I will go to a mechanic to pull some codes but should I ask him to tight that sensor or the nut ? That's where the sweating comes from.

So far I have had 3 YARISes - '06 RS, '07 RS and '09 LE - and never had any sweating with any of them.
