Just curious as they look pretty beefy: what is the diameter of one of the header tubes?

I stopped by my mom's house to show the header to my step-dad (who is a machinist & hot rodder) he thought this header was VERY nice, thick flange, and nice welds

Good write up Chris! I've been enjoying mine. I'd really like to see it come to life with an intake and exhaust.

As long as its still "round", and installed like in my post, it will be fine.. its gets sandwiched to shit (As in fits perfect in the taper) anyway once the collector is tightened.

Guys, bump the How_To post for your fellow members.

I modded my stock intake before doing the header install last night, and that alone, woke the car up a bit. Im sure with the addition of a high flow filter, it may net even better gains.. but im happy with the 10minutes work, and the results I got.

Not me,Im thinking of doing a custom all black emblem of all the companys Ive used so far,I want it to be stealthy, sorta like you cant see it until your up close to it,or the light hits it right and your at a distance.I want it to be seen at a car show more then on the road.
