PS: Just wanted to remind everybody to send out their warranty cards, it'll just make it easier in case anything comes up and you need to get in touch with MR customer service.

Yes and yes.

Anyone ever extrude hone a header? I'm thinking these would benefit greatly, but I don't have much experience in this department, and even the thought sounds extremely expensive. I just see a few rough edges in there...

We used them a couple of times back in the day. Mostly used on cast parts to smooth out the flaws and such. Would not be worth the setup cost and materials to send the Megan header in.

I just called Don at RCF and he was out of the office, but I left a message so hopefully he will get back to me tomorrow and let me know when I can get her on the dyno. I'll update then.

I don't know what the hell is going on over at PMT, but Megan gave me a $65 discount on the header as an allotment to dyno the car since I live in northeast Ohio and there is a dyno for every McDonalds up here. If you're going to dyno the car then I'm not going to waste my time, but I need to know what the hell is going on. Riceboy?

For the time being, I am under the assumption that I am still to fulfill my responsibility to Megan Racing.

You're only 6 hours from me... 5 the way I drive. And I've got a whole lot of time off work coming up. If RCF is swamped (they're all leaving for Flordia on Wednesday) I could take a trip down to PMT and check it out and we can get this R&D done. Then the 65 bucks would pay for some gas and food.

Would you guys be down?

I disagree, i think we should have the 2 dyno runs, and compare them, as i feel we will get two different results, because the owner of the car (chino in this case )is going to brag a bit ( nobody wants to admit they got shit gains) , and add a few ponies, were the owner of the speedshop will tell it like it is...

my opinion only!

Add me to the list, I got mine today, paid $24.00 brokerage fees to UPS, probably won't install till spring, no need for extra HP in the winter up here in Canada!!!

Haha! Trust me dude, I'm more committed to adding HONEST information to our knowledge base than I am to bragging about how "trick" my Yaris is. No matter where I do it, you guys are going to get the straight answer. The sheet doesn't lie!

To be quite honest, my expectations are SUPER conservative. I'm predicting 4 WHP, and I wouldn't be totally shocked to see no noticable gain at all with the header alone.

But God, I hope I'm way wrong.

Chris, sounds like fun! Lets see what RCF says first.
