Should I replace the motor mounts?
Hi all. I have a 2009 Yaris sedan. It is coming up on 200k miles on the odometer. I was wondering if that is considered a time, when it would be a good idea to replace the motor mounts. It seems to me that 200,000 miles would probably take its toll on the engine mounts.
If not, is there a known interval for changing the mounts? After all they are a consumable part, they do wear out. And I'm someone who likes to replace things at the interval, so I get a chance to replace them before they break and cause me problems. |
