Gas Cap not tight enough?

This morning I had to fuel up my gas tank for the first time, got 555KM on my odo when the last bar started blinking ALL was city driving and had AC on sometimes. NOT BAD! I ended up adding 37 litres, so got about 5 litres left in the tank, I guess that's about 60-70KM more on I can go with this last bar!

However the question is when I tried to close the gas cap, I could only hear one tiny little "click" and can no longer tighten it any further, in my previous two cars, civic and mazda3, I remembered I could tighten the cap with at least 3-5 clicks or more. I am wondering if this is NORMAL with our Yaris? Is your car doing the samething? I also noticed that on the cap it says "Tighten cap until 1 click", something like that, hrmm... maybe that's how it works?

One click. That's what my cap shows also, along with it stating it in the manual.

It says right on the gas cap (or inner door) to turn until 1 click.

PS, i still feel the cap is not tight enough compare to my other cars, when i reverse the cap, it's like half spin before it gets loose!

Yeah, it's a weird feeling. I suppose it's more of that nifty Japanese ingenuity
