2008 Yaris Horn does not work.

I just got a 2008 Yaris S. The horn does not work. I checked the 10 amp fuse in the engine compartment. It is good. Is there another fuse inside the car for the horn? I bought a horn relay that is supposed to be for the car but for the life of me cannot see where it goes. I tried downloading the owners manual. Only one fuse is marked horn under the hood. Any ideas? My mechanic said they could check it next week but my budget is aready hurting. The prior owner had an alarm installed on the car. I am wondering if they cut or spliced into something. I will try going there also. Thanks!!!
