Foglight housing and glass get hotter than Hell!!!
Installed the Jimcat foglight kit over the weekend. All wiring and grounding is correct, however I noticed the glass and housings get so hot that after a few minutes you would burn your hands if you touched them. They have the H11 55 Watt bulbs in them. Any info would be appreciated!!

only time I have ever seen that is by having the wrong bulb in the socket like a 9000 series instead of the H's just make sure you have the right bulb is at the top of my mind

halogen is pretty warm but that sounds way to hot is the plastic soft and melty? do you smell burning? smoke?
