Rattling sound car running foot on brake ?

Before going to Toyota for a maintenance check when my foot was on the brake while the car was running, there would be no sound. After the maintenance check when my foot is on the brake and the car is running there is a rattling sound; it's heard especially at red lights.

Since I had to get my brakes cleaned of rust and new roters I thought this problem would disappear; unfortunately it didn't yet Toyota mentions there is nothing else wrong with the car; what is causing this rattling sound ?
