TRD Vios Spoiler fitment?

Hey guys I ran a search and couldnt find any direct answers to my question.

Has anyone purchased the TRD Vios spoiler and installed it on their sedan with the optional spoiler?

My specific question is, does the TRD Vios spoiler mount through the same holes as the stock S spoiler?

i cant imagine why it wouldnt and i really hope the holes are the same. I want it!

If you're ever up in NorCal, swing by my place. We can take the covers off of the trunk and see where the holes are and compare them with yours.

Man, I forgot to get the DSLR from my gf. I was going to take some pics of mine for you. I'll see if I can pick it up on the way home later.

Sorry, I threw away those templates the day I installed the spoiler. I still don't have my camera, but I'm going to my gf's a little later. If there's still some light out, I'll snap some pics. If not, I'll take some pics tomorrow.

You can see how the orientation is and where the bolts will be on the Thai spoiler. You can compare it to the bolt placement of your OEM spoiler.

that is definitely helpful but my oem wing has such big footprints that i dont know where the bolts line up.

maybe garm will let me try to line one up at his shop after i remove my wing real quick. we shall see

Footprint may be bigger, but it might be the same two bolts holding it down???

its close but doesnt exactly fit. would fit easily with some modification to the trunk though (like drilling and welding shut the oem clip holes)

garm was gracious enough to let me try it out. i believe the bolt holes line up but the clips dont. the oem spoiler has rectangular clips.

so now we know the answer to that one

ah, dang, that sucks. I wonder why Toyota decided to do that. That's just more work, in turn, more money.
