How does a supercharger give you better handling?

Less jump in power from 3,000 rpm's to 4,500 rpm,s helps keep away the torque steer. I am sure that's what he means. From the other blogs on this site, it seems there is far more top end power to be had from turbo's, but they are costly, hard to install, and have a LOT of touchy components. Power vs. price and user friendliness, really.

If the turbo is designed to fit the Yaris why do you think it would be a problem for the Yaris hatchback? |

If you look ever o carefully, the front end on both the 4 door, 3 door, and 5 door are all exactly the same. If it fits one, it fits all. Why build one so much different from the other when you can reuse 90% of the parts and designs and have two different things? It's smart business, is all. If it fits one, it fits the other. Put them side by side sometime and look. It is only different from the center pillars back.

GeneW makes a GREAT point here. That is why they sell sage 2 and 3 clutches, stronger pistons, better rims and tires, upgraded brakes, and all those other cool parts you see out there. Make sure your parts can handle the power, or you end up doing far more damage than good. It's cheaper and easier to upgrade a part than to fix all the things that go wrong with a broken part.
