Hatchback key cylinder

Yesterday the lock on my hatchback decided to become really hard to unlock. So, in what seems like a mistake now, I gave it a small shot of a dry lock lube. Now it is very hard to turn the lock to unlock the hatch. It will still turn to lock relatively easily though.

Did I bugger the lock enough to have to take it to a dealership, or is it something that can possibly be fixed at home?
